Job Title: ICT B2B Product Specialist

 

Primary objective of the job: 

Responsible for the overall ICT product development, offer design and its performance, delivering key features that drive engagement, delight our users and meet our B2B business needs.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Manage ICT offering and roadmaps.
  • Developing and execution of the product’s budget revenues and contribution margin.
  • Analyze and understand user trends and key business issues to develop product strategies that balance consumer and business needs.
  • Be a strategic leader, translate strategic objectives into specific tactical plans, and execute the product plans with a keen interest on quality.
  • Effectively collaborate with Supply Chain, Factory, Solutions and Project Manager teams to develop products from conception to implementation and deliver projects on time.
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the market and competitors and identify opportunities to drive product improvements and new product development.
  • Create blue prints of new products from inception to commercial launch.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to anticipate potential threats and rally the team to develop a plan to be ‘offensive’ vs defensive.

 

  Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • BA/BS is required – Computer Science or a Degree in Engineering from a 4-year accredited university
  • Proficient using Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Project is required
  • Must possess an extensive knowledge of telecom products, specifically ICT products.
  • Project Management Certification is a plus
  • A proven track record of 5-10 years delivering sales targets in a similar role, 5 of which must be in Telecommunications and/or ICT
  • Strong English proficiency (oral and written) (Essential)
  • Strong Spanish proficiency (oral and written) (Essential)
  • Good execution skills to drive product penetration and revenues
  • A proven track record of developing and launching ICT solutions (Cloud , Cybersecurity, SD-WAN)
  • Hands on experience developing Internet products and technologies with strong technical abilities and adept in ICT technologies.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable sales growth.
