Role title: Business Account Manager

Reports to: (role title) Head of Business Solutions

Job purpose:
The Business Account Manager is responsible for identifying and acquiring business clients,
understanding their technology needs, and offering tailored ICT solutions, including software,
hardware, cloud, and networking services. The role focuses on driving revenue growth,
building strategic relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Main responsibilities:
1 Identify and target potential B2B clients across sectors such as finance, healthcare, logistics,
and manufacturing.
2 Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution pitches to key decisionmakers
(CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads).
3 Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
4 Prepare and deliver customized ICT proposals and quotations.
5 Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
6 Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
7 Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends.
8 Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
9 Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
10 Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.


Professional Experience:
1 2–7+ years in B2B sales, preferably within ICT and enterprise solutions.
2 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3 Experience working with medium to large enterprises.
4 Familiarity with long sales cycles and solution-based selling.

1 Prospecting, lead generation, and account management.
