Job purpose:
The Retail Store Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience
by providing accurate product information, driving sales of Digicel products and services, and offering
effective after-sales support. The role supports the achievement of sales targets while ensuring
compliance with Digicel’s service standards, brand guidelines, and operational procedures.

Main responsibilities:
1 Greet customers and identify their needs at the first point of contact
2 Provide accurate information on Digicel products, services, and promotions
3 Sell and upsell handsets, SIM cards, and mobile-related products
4 Match customer needs with appropriate Digicel solutions
5 Resolve customer queries and provide effective after-sales support
6 Process payments accurately using Digicel’s POS system
7 Ensure proper handling of cash and end-of-shift balancing
8 Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and device functionality
9 Follow escalation procedures for technical issues, repairs, and faults
10 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications:
1 High School Diploma or equivalent
2 Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
3 Sales and customer service experience is an asset
4 Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
5 Customer-focused, flexible, and quick-thinking
