JOB DESCRIPTION

Role title: Sales Support Executive

Reports to: (role title) Head of Business Solutions 


Job purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the renewal of customer contracts and to execute
customer win-back strategies for accounts where termination requests have been submitted. This
role ensures the retention of customers and supports overall revenue growth by maintaining strong
relationships and identifying opportunities to retain or regain customers.


Main responsibilities:
1 Renew expired contracts in collaboration with Account Managers
2 Monitor and manage upcoming contract expirations to ensure timely renewals
3 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, renewal status, and win-back activities
4 Assist in preparing and updating customer account overviews
5 Execute structured win-back outreach to former customers
6 Identify recovery opportunities and re-establish customer relationships
7 Analyze churn drivers and provide insight to improve retention strategies


Qualifications:
1 Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales, preferably in a
subscription or contract-based environment.
3 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4 Comfortable working with CRM systems and contract management tools
