Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Commercial Director will responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to grow Revenue and subscribers and launch new products and services, to achieve the specific goals approved in the budget. The person will be able to adapt marketing plans accordingly to support brand objectives and revenues goals.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute strategies, in short and long term, to maintain and grow revenues and develop new products or services to cover the needs of customers.
  • Responsible to identify the strategies to assign prices to the product and services that the company provides to customer, considering the conditions on the market and the aggressiveness of the others competitors.
  • Develop and execute loyalty initiatives to reduce churn and acquire new customers.
  • Research the market, anticipating the evolution and anticipating the necessary steps to adapt to new tendencies or inclinations, utilizing enterprise and industry/market trends and regular benchmarking exercises

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • A Master degree in Business Management , Commerce or Marketing or related discipline preferred
  • At least 5-10 years commercial experience in telecom sector
  • Experience of having worked on commercial expertise, analytical, numerical skills and financial awareness
  • You must possess project knowledge with strong communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and inspire by a “lead by example” attitude.
  • Ability to create and interpret sales and margin data
  • Ability to understand interpret customer insight
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • A tactical thinker with ability to implement ideas rapidly.
  • Ability to structure/ deliver strategic presentations clearly in written form and in front of audiences
