Job Title: B2B Manager

Reports to: Chief Business Officer

Department: MyCash

 

Primary Objectives

The MFS B2B Manager is responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of business-to-business partnerships within the mobile financial services ecosystem. This role focuses on enabling strategic integrations with banks, enterprises, and payment partners, ensuring compliance, security, and scalability to deliver seamless financial solutions.

End to end P&L ownership of the MFS Business Unit, which covers Corporate Solutions (C2B, B2C, P2G, G2P), Retail Payments (C2M) and the whole list of non-conventional channels. The holder of this role will be responsible for exponentially growing the MFS revenues from these channels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partnership development
  • Integration and Delivery
  • Product Strategy and Innovation
  • Performance and Reporting
  • Meet and exceed the revenue targets of his / her business unit
  • Single point of contact for all corporate clients
  • Design and manage the set of related products whilst fully owning the customer lifecycle, commercial agreement with corporate clients, contract management, SLA, GTM plan, product P&L
  • Annual Budget synergies with other MFS products and propositions
  • Partnership network development to efficiently serve the operation across the footprint
  • Design the MFS B2B sales channel
  • Responsible of the B2B related activities such as: Pipeline management, Contract Management, Bidding, Managing Short-term vs. Long Term Contracts, Accounts Management, SLAs, Tailor-made offers …etc

 

Qualification and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in MFS, Financial Services, Finance and Product Management
  • Proven track of success in managing commercial units
  • Full understanding of the importance of MFS / dynamics in the Market
  • Capable of managing complicated legal agreements
  • Capable of delicately managing big business entities whilst maximizing company interest.
