Job Title: Digital Product Manager  

 

Summary/Objective: 

 

The Digital Product Manager has responsibility for monitoring the performance of the digital products under their purview, developing product plans and inputs into the product roadmaps, as well as measuring and monitoring customer feedback, factoring these into product development roadmaps. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for identifying product opportunities to improve penetration and usage of the products under their purview.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Working with cross functional teams across the wider business to develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and usage 
  • Work closely with Mobile team to ensure strategy alignment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve market penetration and revenue KPIs of the digital products under their purview
  • Developing the local digital product strategy on a monthly and as needed basis
  • Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with the local and group development teams to implement key user requirements
  • Conduct analysis to identify new opportunities for existing or new features and functionalities
  • Work with Group Digital team to develop relevant product roadmap on an annual and quarterly basis
  • Work with local and Group product development and technical teams to implement fixes and product roadmap
  • Manage in app content layout and descriptors
  • Work in conjunction with the other Digital Product Managers to ensure alignment on KPIs and strategy and develop cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop use cases and scenarios for product segmentation to feed into business unit teams and strategy development
  • Work closely with Customer Care and Customer Experience teams for customer self-care and issue resolution for any digital product related issues as well as NPS
  • Manage product back log and issue resolutions with Group Digital
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance and develop product plans to treat with gaps or issues
  • Any other duties as required

 

Qualifications:

 

  • B.Sc. in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics
  • Writing SQL queries will be an asset
  • Experience with back-end and front-end programming languages such as Java, HTML will be an asset
  • Experience with digital customer engagement platforms such as Swrve
  • Strong technical product development background
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong technical, analytical and prioritization skills
  • Have Usability and customer focused design experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with both in person and virtual teams
  • Passion for customer oriented digital product development
