The Head of Analytics is responsible for leading the design, implementation, continuous enhancement and technical development of the business intelligence (BI), analytic and analytics software ecosystem across all Atlantic markets. This role provides the analytical and technical foundation for commercial decision-making by delivering insights, dashboards, models and custom-developed analytics solutions that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer experience improvement and strategic planning for the B2C organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Software Development & Analytics Engineering:
• Design, develop, test and maintain custom analytics applications, tools, automation and internal software solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, APIs, scripts and backend services integrating enterprise data sources.
• Enhance BI platforms through custom development to improve performance and scalability.
• Apply software development best practices including version control, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Partner with Technology teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Performance Reporting & Insights
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key regional KPIs such as service revenue, churn, ARPU, CLV, activations, and channel productivity.
• Deliver regular performance insights and variance analyses for the Regional Head of B2C and cross-functional leaders.
• Support strategic reviews and forecasting processes by translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in all reporting outputs.
Forecasting, Modelling & Advanced Analytics
• Develop and deploy analytics models and software-driven solutions using Python, SQL, R, or equivalent technologies.
• Support forecasting, churn prevention, segmentation, and optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing, Go-To-Market, and CX teams to measure ROI and optimize regional campaigns and initiatives.
• Support strategic projects such as price elasticity studies, portfolio analysis, and profitability modelling.
Regional Collaboration & Support
• Act as the central BI partner for the Regional Head of B2C and all functional leads.
• Provide ad-hoc data support and insights for commercial, product, and operational initiatives.
• Guide local markets in improving their BI maturity—enhancing local reporting capabilities and analytical autonomy.
• Organize quarterly BI knowledge-sharing sessions across markets to promote best practices and alignment.
Team Development & Leadership
• Coach and mentor regional and local analysts to strengthen analytical thinking and storytelling skills.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, precision, and data integrity.
• Drive collaboration between markets, ensuring analytical methodologies are shared and standardized.
• Present regular updates to senior management, highlighting performance trends, opportunities, and risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making by fostering analytical rigor across regional and local teams.
• Safeguard customer information and adhere strictly to Data Protection Guidelines.
Academic qualifications and experience required for job (qualifications will be considered):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Analytics/Data Science) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or commercial reporting, preferably within telecommunications, digital, or technology industries.
- Proven experience building and automating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong command of SQL and data modeling; experience with Python or R is an advantage.
- Track record of translating analytical insights into strategic business actions.
- Experience working in multi-market or regional environments.
Functional Skills:
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management across commercial, finance, and technology functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Working Condition: (e.g. abnormal hours, overtime, etc.
Reports directly to the Regional Head of B2C – Atlantic.
Hybrid model combining regional/HQ office presence and market collaboration.
Regional travel up to 25–30%, as required to support local teams and regional reviews.
