Job Title: Sales Operations and Analytics Manager
Primary objective of the job:
The Sales Operations and Analytics Manager will be critical in optimizing the effectiveness of our sales team through comprehensive sales reporting and analytics, budget management, commissions oversight, and efficient system and process management for the Mobile sales team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by the sales leadership team
- Implement and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales metrics
Sales Budget Management:
- Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and optimize resource allocation to maximize sales effectiveness
Commission Management:
- Oversee the calculation, tracking, and disbursement of sales commissions and incentives
- Work closely with sales representatives and finance to resolve commission-related inquiries and discrepancies
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the commission structure to automate manual procedures
System Management:
- Be the liaison between sales and IT for all systems that are in use by Sales & Distribution
- Identify all gaps/ opportunities in current systems and provide requirements to IT
- Responsible for the complete roll-out of new systems or new functionality and the related processes within the sales and distribution team
- Communicate to all teams on system outages
Process Management:
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Identify areas for automation and implement solutions to minimize manual effort
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales processes
Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education to be determined by hiring executive
- Three (3) years’ sales operational system management capability in a telecommunications service provider environment
- Four (4) years sales systems/analytics experience with demonstrated success
- Sales analytics methodology, value-based selling and or other sales system and methodology experience preferred

- Very strong execution skills, an operational orientation, and attention to detail are essential to the role
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire both executive level leaders and working level colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experiences, going ‘above and beyond’ as required while simultaneously delivering on KPIs and financial metrics
- Successful candidate must be skilled at influencing across organizational boundaries, working as part of cross-functional teams, and demonstrating an ability to achieve results through collaboration with teams that are not in their direct reporting line
- Ability to provide critical information in a clear, concise and quick manner and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills at executive C’level as well as across all levels and types of customers. High emotional intelligence
- Confident and comfortable when working with executives, senior level management, external partners and external customers
- Focused, passionate and relentless in their ability to move teams and people and achieve their goals
- Must be innovative, independent and able to work with limited direction and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Ability to negotiate, influence and build credibility internally, achieved win-win outcomes in challenging situations
- Excellent ability to lead and mobilize culturally diverse teams of people to “one vision” and a high-performance team (by individual, channel and market team)
- Be ambitious, driven and passionate about all things related to digital apps and music, with an excellent comprehension of how the industry works and the key world players
- Have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills
