To support the direct sales team objectives and day-to-day activities with highly professional service, encompassing floor management, team supervision, stock and display management, smooth running of all designated operations and to support a culture of continuous improvement.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.• Plan and coordinate meetings, including recording and distributing detailed minutes. • Supervise the day-to-day (D2D) functions and contribute to maximizing team performance and profitability, while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.• Monitor slow-moving inventory and minimize carryover stock to optimize inventory management.• Process all Mobile and Digicel+ sales transactions from the FOTs (Field Operations Teams).• Verify sales activations submitted by the FOTs Team for accuracy and compliance.• Prepare and maintain inventory bins by organizing and labeling storage areas for accessibility and cleanliness.• Perform regular inventory audits, including physical counts, inspection, record verification, discrepancy investigation, and accurate inventory intake in the Transact system.• Ensure all products are clean, organized, and ready for display.• Monitor and reconcile stock levels, ensuring accurate availability and timely restocking.• Record sales figures, analyze data, and assist with forecasting and forward planning using computer systems.• Monitor and report on local competitor activity.• Organize and distribute staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.• Handle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.• Process product returns, refunds, price adjustments, and discounts; upload all required customer documentation to their accounts.• Post payments from the previous day in the Broadhub system.• Ring out sales from the previous day using the Transact system.• Register SIM card sales in the Minsat system by accurately entering customer information from valid IDs, including name, address, and date of birth.• Work assignments may include various store locations and pop-up tents across the Turks and Caicos Islands, with all travel expenses covered by the company.• Perform any other duties as assigned by authorized personnel • This job description is not exhaustive and may be revised at any time to reflect evolving

Qualifications and experience
• Minimum 5 CXC/GCE O ‘levels (including Mathematics and English Language)
• Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
• Must have PC skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have customer service skills
• Must have the ability to drive
• Must be able to work for at least 6-8 hours a day
• Spanish/Creole are an advantage
