Job title:

Fibre Sales Agent

 

Primary Objectives:

  • Selling Digicel + products and services to new customers and up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Generating new revenue streams by promoting and selling Internet and Cable fiber services for residential/business customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales target.
  • Direct sales responsibility for acquiring customers on the Fiber Optic products and test tools to meet sales goals.
  • Develop and follow a comprehensive time and territory management plan to effectively maximize coverage and efficiently manage expenses.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with existing and prospective business customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications, knowledge & Experience:

  • Good command of the English Language(verbal and written)
  • Passion for achieving results and delivering excellent customer service
  • Highly motivated to sell, exceed targets, and deliver business growth
  • Organize, confident, self-starter
  • Previous sales experience considered but not mandatory
  • Ability to rapidly learn new tools and understand customers' environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Time management skills
