Job Title: Products Executive

 

Primary objective of the job: 

To ensure the successful launch, functionality, and ongoing optimization of GSM products and services by rigorously testing plans and features, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting both customer and retail-facing operations to deliver a seamless subscriber experience.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The role of a GSM Product tester entails, but is not limited to:

  • Conduct Pre and Post Launch Test for all prepaid and postpaid plans
  • Create/ Modify/ Review FAQs, T’s & C’s & UAT’s
  • Create/ Modify/ Review Service Description Documents (SDDs)
  • Create/ Modify/ Review Training Decks for Retail staff and employees
  • Pull daily reports as requested and provide plan movement
  • Liaise with the Marketing Team as requested
  • Initiative internal Communications for Monthly or Quarterly Product launch
  • Liaise with the Technical Team in regard to functionality testing plans
  • Liaise with the Group Team for product build or modification
  • Assist with implementing campaigns for new and existing Digicel subscribers
  • Digital App functionality testing and feature modification
  • Assist with General product training for retail, FOTS and Ambassadors
  • Great TADS|TAS as required
  • Initiate and follow up with Plan Maintenance
  • Troubleshoot customer queries

Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree in any field of study or prior experience in the given field
  • High School Diploma with six or more passed CXC’s (Math and English must be included) and,
  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience at any Corporate Establishment
  • Effective Communicator
  • Proficient in Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2013 & Up
  • Familiar with Mobile data + services
  • Ability to multitask + complete assignments based on priority
  • Attention to Detail
