Primary objective of the job: 

The key responsibility of this position is to deliver customer and revenue growth across the business.  The Sales Director will lead the Consumer sales and Business Sales efforts by defining the strategy, the processes and the tactical actions required to drive customer and revenues.

The position will also be responsible for improving Customer Experience across the different channels and driving NPS.

 

 Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute the market vision, strategy & business plan to deliver objectives
  • Build the right team to execute the market strategy and deliver the plan outcomes
  • Implement and track Sales Metrics that include => 100% of sales on target, 4 x 1 pipeline to target ratio, 100% data accuracy, 50% YoY win rate by value improvement, etc.
  • Drive Consumer sales by the creation of new channels, foster customer conversion to Digicel and by driving an aggressive consumer offering.
  • As a key member of the SMT, communicate and align the executive and business steering teams to the strategy, plan, business performance, opportunities and risks.  
  • Be a visible leader in BVI fostering relationships within Government, Business Community, and Key VIPs to promote and grow business for Digicel
  • Lead customer satisfaction improvements in BVI in both consumer and Business Solutions by leading and developing and implementing processes that facilitate and makes it easy to do business with Digicel, and generates customer satisfaction, new customer external references, reduced churn
  • Manage and complete FOTS teams on the street
  • Comply with all group reporting and KPI’s.

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required for the Job: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • Post graduate qualification would be an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years senior management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Consumer Sales Experience in FMCGs category
  • 2-3 years sales and business services capability in a service provider (Telecom, IT) environment.
