Job Purpose:

To manage the overall functionality of the Door to Door (Sales Agents) Sales Team through reporting, analysis, effective techniques and results driven.

 

Key Objectives:

  • Building of a robust sale team adept in sales management and service delivery.
  • Effective daily management of Team Leads & Agents in line with the overall company’s vision.
  • Set SMART goals MoM for the team to deliver on targets.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • To grow new and existing revenues through assigned channels and to build and develop relationships with relevant parties in accordance with business strategy.
  • To achieve sales targets and objectives by supervising the daily operations of the Direct Sales Team as assigned.
  • Support in the creation of attractive and relevant offers, bundles and incentives to prospective customers whilst giving DIGICEL’s core objectives priority at all times. Cost effective measures must be employed where necessary.
  • Effectively execute presentations on Mobile and Digicel+ Services to potential customers at meetings, conferences and other specialized events.
  • Maintain detailed pipeline reports that reflect expected revenue from each specialized segment with realistic timelines for closing deals.
  • Liaise with critical departments such as Customer Care, Marketing and Technical Support in ensuring that clients uptime is maintained at optimal levels in accordance with companies S.L.A Agreements.
  • Daily updating of sales delivery per agent with a means of quick improvement plans for low performers.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports fed in to the Head of Consumer Sales and Services on sales plan, inventory tracking per agent, sales performance per team and per agent.
  • Provision of Sales trainings and sales coaching  as required per new agent(s) and quarterly refreshers for existing agents .
  • Prepare monthly rosters for all sales activities.
  • Build and drive the sales team while providing support to close deals and leads.

 

Qualifications, knowledge & experience:

  • A degree in Business or related field.
  • 2+ years administrative support at an executive level.
  • Advanced MS Office experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • 2+ year experience in team management.
