Position Title:  Corporate Account Manager

 

Reports To: Business Solutions Manager

 

Primary Obejective: 

Responsible for developing long-term relationships with corporate customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.  You will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services according to customer needs. 

 

KEY FUNCTIONS:

•            Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts

 

•            Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements. 

 

•            Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

 

•            Expands sales in exiting accounts by introducing new products and services

 

•            Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts

 

•            Recommends new products and services by evaluating current  client product requirements.

 

•            Manage and solve conflicts with clients by providing solutions.

 

•            Update job knowledge by participating in learning opportunities

 

•            Ensure that we are managing our existing customer base efficiently and capturing key customer data.

 

•            Ensure all reporting schedules, including daily and weekly activity & performance reports, board reports and presentations are met.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

•            Proven account management or other relevant experience

 

•            Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

 

•            Experience in delivery client-focused solutions based on customer needs

 

•            Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
