Primary Objectives:

The main purpose of this position is to increase the Business Sales of Digicel’s customer base and connections on the network and maintain the accounts.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. To meet and exceed sales targets, whilst ensuring business growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction on a consistent basis.
  1. Sell Digicel suite of products. Translate customer requirements and the features of the service, into offering specific customer benefits and solutions.
  1. Identify and qualify increased business opportunities from existing customers, use expertise and knowledge to make innovative proposals.
  1. Manage sales funnel and pipeline management using Salesforce.
  1. Utilise and maintain key performance indices to track, accurately forecast and close sales.
  1. Identify and understand all key customer business requirements across all functions and use this to develop a successful sales strategy.
  1. Sales Reporting in Salesforce.
    • Report daily contacts
    • Report prospects (new business)
  1. Monitor Corporate A/C (existing). Engage through all levels and functions to develop key account relationship.
  • Accounts Status
  • Liaise with Major A/C C.C.A
  1.  Develop and increase sales with the SME, SOHO and Corporate sector through lead generation, cold calling, setting up appointments and referrals.
  1. Attend Seminars/Functions in relations to Industry/Market assigned.
  1. Maintain strong relationship with clients through sponsored social events.
  2. Training clients on handset use, demonstrations and recommendations.
  3. To ensure a high quality of the connections.

Any other duties within the scope of the job periodically assigned by Country Manager.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

  • A first Degree in Business Management or related field (Preferred).
  • 3 years experience in sales - Corporate Sales.
  • Training/Certificate in Sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving Sales targets, selling B2B.
  • Solid understanding of mobile technology and developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid B-class driver’s licence.
