Primary objective of the job


To analyze daily stats, metrics and forecasts to help develop strategies to increase revenue and achieve other KPI’s of the business.


Main Duties and Responsibilities


  • Preparation of daily KPI reports for the Grenada Market.
  • Using data to create narratives and stories to help inform decision-making and provide assessment and analysis of the data to senior management team.
  • Maintaining rolling financial forecasts and preparing weekly run rate summary for the Senior Management Team.
  • Preparing budgets and monthly or quarterly forecasting
  • Developing new pricing structures and promotions across the various business units.
  • Reviewing business case submissions and providing feedback to Commercial Manager and Senior Management Team.
  • Analysis of customer base movements with a plan to increasing market share.
  • Reviewing of data to ensure accuracy in reporting


Qualifications and Experience required for position:


  • First Degree in Business Management
  • Demonstrable experience within a large Telecommunications business
  • Business analysis, pricing, strategic planning and/or business development experience
  • Knowledge of market segmentation and interaction with pricing and market positioning

  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
