JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Field Operations Coordinator

Department: Consumer Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: Grenada

 

JOB RESPONSIBILTY  

Support field activations and event operations by driving, maintaining equipment, coordinating setup and teardown, and assisting the Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure smooth, professional, and brand-aligned field executions. This role emphasizes asset maintenance, logistics coordination, and hands-on activation support across Sales, Marketing, Asset Maintenance, and Retail.

 

MAIN DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS

Activation Support:

  • Report any damages to promotional equipment (wheels, vault, banners, tents) promptly.
  • Set up and operate engagement props such as Cash Vault and Big Wheel.
  • Assist with on-site activations, ensuring smooth execution and customer engagement.

 

Event Set-Up & Breakdown:

  • Wash and maintain tents to ensure they remain clean and presentable.
  • Track tent usage in the event log and report any damage immediately.
  • Set up and dismantle tents, feather banners, branded signage, and other event materials.

 

Logistic & General Support:

  • Provide hands-on assistance to the Marketing and Sales Teams during field activations.
  • Uphold Digicel’s brand standards by ensuring all activations are professional and well-presented.
  • Assist with logistics around maintenance within retail space.

 

Vehicle & Equipment Management:

  • Report any issues with the Sales vehicle, including lights, generator, or interior damage.
  • Ensure all equipment is securely stored and accounted for after each activation.
  • Drive and properly park the Sales Vehicle.
  • Provide daily transportation support by driving sales team members to sales locations.

 

Any other duties within the scope of the job periodically assigned by Manager.

  

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of three (3) CXC (Caribbean Examination Council) CSEC subjects, including English Language and a numerical subject (Accounts, Mathematics, or Physics), or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualifications/ Certifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar role.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a steady and positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and environments.
  • Must possess a valid [T-Class] Driver’s License, with minimum 2 years’ continuous driving experience.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Although working hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, the role may involve working outside of these hours, including weekends and holidays.
