JOB RESPONSIBILTY
Oversee and manage consumer sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves leading the D+ and Mobile Sales teams and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
MAIN DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the consumer sales teams to ensure sales targets are met.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team’s success and professional development
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set development plans for the sales team to improve skills and sales performance.
- Ensure the sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to succeed in their roles.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for mobile, internet and TV services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales tactics.
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and market conditions.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress against targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in sales operations
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecast revenue, and track progress towards quarterly and annual goals.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making and business growth.
Revenue & Market Growth:
- Work to meet or exceed sales targets for Internet, TV, and mobile services, contributing to overall company revenue growth.
- Drive expansion into new markets and territories by identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow the consumer base.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing, customer care, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements
Customer Relationship Management:
- Support the sales teams in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained through excellent service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business success.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls and procedures (e.g. cash and inventory management) and implement corrective actions to address any compliance or quality issues.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred
- Proven sales experience in the telecom industry, with at least 3 years in management or leadership role overseeing sales
- Additional certifications or training in sales management are a plus
