J o b o v e r v i e w
- To provide optimum customer service to Digicel Customers by addressing all their customer service needs.
- To act as the first point of contact for customers with varying degrees of problems and queries at reception desk.
- To support in various administrative duties as needed.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Administration:
- Manage Switchboard of all incoming calls; Route to appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and first floor conference room at Corporate Offices – ensure area is kept clean, secure, and orderly.
- Meet and greet all guests – directing them to the necessary department.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Filing, photocopying, preparation of documents.
- Cheque collection – Contact vendors to advise cheques are available for collection as needed.
- Assist various units in making calls to conduct research or gain information on competitive pricing.
- Support the HR Department with staff engagement activities.
- Cordinate flights for local team and ground transportation as required
Customer Experience:
- Assist walk-in customers with complaints and queries.
- Provide professional customized service tailored on addressing Key Account needs.
- Coordinate the workflow through internal channels for all repairs, billing & account maintenance issues.
- Correspondence – Action all emails, faxes and letters from Clients and internal departments.
Note: From time to time, you may be required to assist other departments with other ancillary tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 CXCs including Mathematics and English
- 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Administration management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Adherence to policies and procedures
- Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Thorough Knowledge and use of the Billing System, and customer care system
