Job Title: Digital Product Supervisor


Primary objectives of the job:

The Digital Product Supervisor will be responsible for the digital products and Services operations for Digicel (Barbados) Limited. The role involves support for the deployment of digital products across the market inclusive of content and marketing to push the product throughout our ecosystem.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the digital service applications, content support, customer engagement, reviews and monitoring of ratings
  • Maintain support to ensure operations for products are properly deployed and managed across product suite
  • Work in collaboration with operational teams to execute the strategy of the product as part of the overall digital services portfolio
  • Support delivery of digital KPI’s and customer engagement with digital products
  • Continually work with teams to coordinate customer features changes
  • Execution of processes to ensure content on apps is always relevant and up to date
  • Reporting on up to date industry news and new technologies to ensure the best experience to our customers
  • Assists with administration and product training as required


Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • B.Sc. in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Digital knowledge that spans across a range of digital channels and products including digital advertising, social media and apps development
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a digital role for a leading brand
