Primary objective of the job: 


We are seeking an Interim Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. This role will work closely with Marketing Managers to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly across channels, while also coordinating events and driving social media execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organised hands-on, and able to manage multiple workstreams including campaign coordination, content execution, and event logistics.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination & Execution

 

  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key deliverables
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across all business units

 

Social Media & Content Management

 

  • Manage day-to-day activity across social media platforms to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility
  • Develop and execute social media plans aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging
  • Create and curate content including visuals, videos, and written posts to support campaign goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimise content and posting strategies based on insights
  • Engage with customers across platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

 

Events & Activations

  • Assist with logistics for marketing events, activations and promotional activities
  • Manage setup requirements including branding, materials, and on-site execution
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure all event elements are delivered to standard
  • Support retail and field teams with execution of in-market activities

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing, campaign execution, or social media management
  • Experience coordinating events or activations is an asset

 

Functional Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
