Primary Objective of the Job:

 

Drive sales of complex digital and connectivity solutions to oil, gas, and energy companies across the Caribbean, leveraging industry expertise and strategic sales leadership.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the oil & gas vertical across 25 Caribbean markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with energy sector clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery to contract negotiation, and recommend tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop custom proposals and client presentations
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with local teams and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with internal teams
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales role in the oil, gas, or energy industry
  • Proven track record of selling complex technology or digital solutions into the energy sector

 

Functional Skills:

 

  • Strategic thinking and sales strategy development
  • Consultative selling and solution delivery
  • Relationship management and partnership building
  • Sector knowledge and understanding of technology applications in the energy industry
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
