- Recruitment and development of sales staff

- Provide coaching/mentoring to corporate account executives on;

- KPI Monitoring
- Sales ratio calculator
- Sales techniques
- Forecasting guide
- Provide feedback to corporate account executives on sales activities
- Performance manage corporate account executives
- Supervising, monitoring and motivating sales team
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (Preferred).
- Certification in related Sales or Technical courses (Desirable)
- 3 years’ experience in sales – Business to Business
- Proven record of accomplishment in achieving Sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities on own initiative.
- Proven track record in achieving Sales targets, selling B2B.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to manage a cross functional team to sell and deliver customer solutions
- Ability to interact with key decision makers within an organization.
