Primary objective of the job:

To perform all activities specified in the credit policy in a timely fashion, and ensure that bad debts are maintained at a minimal level. 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and manage assigned customer portfolio, within 100% collection rate
  1.  
  • Process activation approval in new applications.
  • Ensure that bad debts are written off within corporate guidelines 100% on time (on assigned accounts)

  • Ensure that disconnections occur on schedule 100%
  • Ensure that the delinquency level on assigned accounts is maintained at 4% and Lower.
  • Ensure that a proper log is kept of all activities and provide a weekly analysis of debt outstanding
  • Compile a weekly report to track progress
  • Usage/Credit limit & HUR(High Usage) monitoring, as assign portfolio and/or work schedule
  • Refunds
  • Credit counseling
  • Perform any other task pertaining to the Credit & Collection Department jurisdiction requested by the line manager and/or senior management.

 

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

  • Associate Degree (MBO niveau) in finance or related. 
  • Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Well developed written and communication skills.
  • Credit management and accounts receivable experience.
