Primary objective

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that weekly and monthly sales targets are being met.

Main Duties and Responsibilities (maximum of eight (8) Duties and Responsibilities)

• Present, promote and sell Home Internet Plans

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in

Academic Qualifications and Experience required for position

• Strong commercial acumen with hands on approach,
• Experience with working in a high pressure, target driven environment,
• Excellent expression in English, Dutch and Papiamento (verbal and written);

Functional Skills

• Knowledge of local market,
• Knowledge of Digicel products as well as competitors’ products,
• Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals,
• Requires a strong knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in their field,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Confident and charismatic approach to people
