Primary objective of the job: 



The Training Coordinator is responsible for strengthening sales performance across all consumer sales channels through training, coaching, planning, and consistent performance tracking. The role ensures that sales teams are equipped, motivated, and aligned with company goals.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Training & Development

  • Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training programs for all consumer sales staff
  • Facilitate ongoing product, process, and soft skills training sessions
  • Monitor training effectiveness and staff development through assessments and feedback
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and knowledge databases

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify performance gaps and propose improvement plans
  • Monitor the impact of training on KPIs and report trends to leadership

Productivity & Improvement Initiatives

  • Work closely with store teams to set performance goals and action plans
  • Identify best practices and replicate success across locations
  • Conduct on-site coaching and support where needed
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence

 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, performance tracking, or training (telecom/retail preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions

  • Sales & Product Knowledge – Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and product positioning across channels
